How u ever gonna reach 86% fhr with only 1 skiller and rest life/mana scs?
and all stuff are socket facet so no sheals for boosting the fhr?

And about the resist? You would die in 1 foh with this gear.

Only 30% from res quests, 3x% from df, res from anni/torchs, spirit and mara.

And with -100% penality on hell mode, I think your res will be round 30-40% all res.
