You can't simply build a perfect cs ama. It doesn't work like that. It's a very skill and equipment based character. It's like trying to build a sorc with every element and make it own everything.

(a) Yes +2/20/15/15 and whatever gloves are best
(b) Entirely dependent on what you are dueling
(c) Griffons is pretty much the best option unless you come across an ungodly circlet which isn't very likely
(d) JMoD serves no purpose other than looking pretty, the entire concept its based upon can be done with a normal monarch. You're better off getting one of ease/simp. 20/-20 though
