runspeed, they come to you, but this isnt anything a few frw charms wont fix or a harmony bow if you want. This is an issue all shifters deal with.
Attack damage = appx 6K avg damage taking into account crit. Plenty enough. This char outtanks any other build possible. You will have decent defense, max block, max res+50% dr 55-60% dodge and avoiding all attacks including things like hammers and nado and more effective life then any other build.
This isnt the most dominating pvp build, but they hold their own fairly well. Dont forget massive life.!
Vs hammers, and casters where your res will be adequate you can throw an ebotd gpa for apprx 12-15K max damage at range 5 on a 9fpa , same speed as conc/zerk barbs on 1h , faster then them on 2h's (10fpa)
