13.. CS and DS do not stack but they act the same as having multiple DS items. They give you an overall % when combined. So, “Beast” has a 58% Chance to Deal Double Damage with this build.
14.honestly if you need 37% FCR you are playing a BvC wrong.
15.The block limits are higher than that of 1.09 Stormshield saving you an instant 14 Dexterity points and once you “Eld” it, you move up to saving 32 Dexterity Points.
16.open wounds does less damage than the additive damage from War Travelers.
17.Now the catch here is BASE HEALTH REDUCTION
18.Just because you have a bunch of attack rating does not mean you are going to hit them more. In order to hit more times within a whirlwind attack
19.Try to keep your Whirlwind hotkeyed to the left side of your skill equip and keep Teleport on your right side. This will allow you to perform short Whirlwinds or as people have come to call it “Triangle WW”.
I couldn't even manage 20 because I skipped the strategies and decided to only include the worst bits. Now, some commentary.
1. Wrong, Grief IS affected by all the same multipliers. Otherwise Smiters wouldn't do any damage, since all of their damage, other than their shield, is +damage.
2. WTF? Too much, way too much. Past 7 points, you don't get 1 res per level, which is really, really crappy.
3. Wait, did you just total OVER 110 skills? How do I do that, master?
4. WTF? WTs? Pathetic.
5. Um, no. Definitely not. It's been debated over and over again ever since blobs first started posting when 1.10 was just out.
6. Yeah right, high FCR with little mana, how great. Have fun sucking. And btw, you cannot even build on that str, since you suggest swapping rings. Kinda sucks, don't it?
7. Oh, so you get high damage and ar, but lose life, mana and resistances? Oh yeah, that kinda makes you a piece of crap.

10. EH WTF!? Seriously, you even yourself said that HL is the best out there, so don't be a moron, ok?
11. Um... Life? Dex? OH FUCK, you don't need either.
12. No, just no. The OW axes idea is crappy and there are better alternatives for using a crap axe like that. For example, a rare with Fool's.
13. Wrong. CS and DS and mutually exclusive, so they're not added together directly like that. The formula is, for example, CS + DS*(1-CS). As you can see, it's a lot less than CS+DS.
14. Oh... So the best BvCs on Battle.net are wrong? How wonderful. And I would like to know how you duel 200 fcr sorcs, please.
15. Wrong. The CTH equation itself states that by adding a percentage, the amount of dex that you gain depends on your level and previous amount of block%.
16. No, you're wrong again.
17. No, it's not. It's taken out of their CURRENT LIFE after multipliers. And btw, even if it was taken out of their base life, it wouldn't matter, since it would still be multiplied by the same multipliers. You know, associative multiplication and all. Kinda cool, I think.
18. No. Simple logic states that damage per second is damage * chance to hit/time, or effective damage/time. Learn basics.
19. No, keeping it on left tends to result in ww namelocking, which sucks. And btw, you won't be able to whirl without holding shift, so you're effed if your keyboard is a bit older or just generally crappy.
Oh dear, this is terrible. The guy managed to fail basic logic, basic math and give a hellish load of nonsensical and bad advice. This is even worse than when I randomly suggested Angelics against WWsins.
