Yes, i copied it. Added it here. Its fully legal as long as you have the source or reference to the original.

Let's see what mod says about copying stickied guides when he comes online.

If people reads what im writing maybe you would understand.

Spent the last 2 hours erasing spaces, inserting BBcodes, and managed the disposal.
I added the reference to the source, which no one even seen because everyone is just caught up in "you copied from another place"
I'd also like to add that i didnt know the guide was at the site already. Why havent anyone spammed the guide in the s&g forum that he copied it? If i knew i wouldnt have spent the 2 hours doing this.

It's fully legal and its nothing weird about it.
