And a TGods is GM. So yeah I think this build is not really viable.

holy fire will only give about 100 aura damage with that setup, and cripple your fcr / +skills / mana / etc
the problem with holy fire is that it simply does not do enough damage on sorcs

Might I suggest you add a Crescent Moon to the build? It'll add an increase -35% resistance on top of the level 12 Conviction, boosting your lightning damage potential even further.

definitely possible, but you lose a bajillion +skills since you need to make up the fcr from your rings / ammy (for a total of -8 skills)
and you'd probably do better with a +30/-30 crystal sword

but it weakens you enough that its simply not worth it

Use a kite shield for dream shield, it has the lowest block.. im in the middle of this build.. or one that looks alot like it.. only waiting for ladder reset to get that shield :S And its ofc a fun char just like auradin/dragondin imo.. vs good chars it has no chance.. but funny as hell to desturb a low res pubby doll with ;D
