imo 163/174 or 152 is best against Necs and Hdins.... But meh im not a real pro with Druids.... just common sense.

I personally don't dvd, and I do agree 99/174 > 99/99, however im to lazy to buy ele fhrs etc.

163/174, imo, is really not worth it.. Few reasons:

Terrible Damage
163 with wizspike is much more efficient in pubs games w/ trappers/sorcs, and in 4v4s
Druids should flat out massacre Hdins/Necros, so 174 fhr really isnt worth it :|.

you can say 99/174 but the fact is you lose a shit load of life and inturn that next fhr bp is sort of a waste when you cant take the 2-3 nados left too win the match. ive dueled plenty of eles who use that set up and ive had no problems with them due too me able too just out tank them.

For one, this druid is 100% Vita, and it has a block build, not really max block.

Grim spurs = 30 frw 20 fhr +str I tihnk + dex, and dual or tri res (again dont remember ~_~)

ANd for max block, on useast softcore ladder, soul spurs wuold work 14143x better
Frw, 19 Str, 14 Dex, 40+ Lite Res, 20ish cold res :\
