ah yes. this char can be built with very cheap gear, hardest item to get is probably 20fcr amu, other stats aren't needed for the char to work.

I'd rather use these low budget items instead:

- 2 sockets/2 sorc/90 mana/20% cast/60 life/30 str circlet
- 10% fcr/24% fhr/30 str/60 life/40 mana belt
- 3 fire/3 fball/3 es/3 mastery/2 sockets/20% cast/80 mana level 45 req orb

The build is good if you precast, but the lack of +all skills or +sorc skills make es and damage far too low for gm dueling.

if u guys were smart u wud realize this is made on hero editor for the purpose of testing the build...
