Why didnt you mention Botd Ba as for weapon choice?

Dont flame if its an extremely bad choice..
But the Dmg, Ias, @res and LL seems gozu for a Zealot?

botd has comparable on weapon damage to death
but death offers cb and ds at nearly 50% each <- that is how you get to be doing massive amounts of damage
botd does not offer such mods, and we can get ias and leach from other places pretty easily

using death is about the best way to get the most effective damage out of the character (combined with other gear you get 100% crit and cb, which is insane and worth it)

not sure where you see res on botd

I compared botd to death and there was no way that the breath was able to beat the breather

there are other weapons, which make botd look bad, too

I did not choose botd simply because it does not really offer much and for a zod, what we get is a joke

the raw damage is slightly higher than that of an oath
the ias does not make much of a difference because you wear 40 ias for highlords and loh anyway and to get the rest ias is not hard
ll is not that important, you get that from a ring and/or a belt
botd does not offer deadly strike or crushing blow or static = not that high damage output

the 90 stats we gain from using botd are basiccally useless because mroe life won`t make you survive any better than when using a weapon with higher damage output, which leads to a higher killspeed and thus better survivability

the nova is not needed

there are at least 5 non rare weapons that outshine botd

death
death cleaver
grief
lash
schaeffers

Oh, just so you know Ancalagon, i made a cheap version of the zealer on ladder using grief pb, and he's a monster and is only like lvl 72
pretty much went welfare version on the charms, but the rest is dece
kept finding hoz's so i had to make one
