this sin has a few probs imo... no block on switch, no tele (not even df), low light res (125 light res if using 20 res anni and 30 res maras + anya quests -- meaning 25 light res in hell, 55 fire res in hell)
when i had my sin with 102 fcr/max block on switch w/ enigma and 400 dmg wof/250 dmg mb/shadow master, i could at least have a chance against any class... you can lock enemies with mb/wof which actually does a bit of dmg; then you could shoot them a lot of times while keeping them locked
if it was a char you cant really lock (ww sin for example), i could tele away and shoot
he probably hasnt dueled many good ww sins if hes on ladder because on ladder, there is no 08 valk which is the center of the build of most good ww sins on nl
this sin would have very little chance against good sorcs (sorcs with max psn res, 75 block on whitstan, 105 fcr, good at tele)... they could own it like they do zons or even tank a couple arrows and pk him...
necro could use clay golem + decrep to beat it easily...
ele druid can beat it easily with summons + recast..
hammerdins could just tele on him i would imagine; he cannot tele away quickly -- if not they could charge and hammer to make it desynch without getting hit by arrows because they can vigor+charger faster than ga moves
trapper could beat it pretty easily because of the char's lack of light res and the fact that it wont be easy for him to get away from trap+mb lock
