The problem with tstrokes is that the ias is lower which would need to be made up on other gear causing you to sacrifice either damage or life. It would work good for a cs vs cs build that doesn't use enigma. That way you could hit your ias breakpoints by using 60/60 armor and keep your options open for using a 20/20 jmod for additional -res.
the base weapon speed of ceremonial javelin and matriachal javelin is the same(-10), and the tstrokes actually have 15%ias so they need less ias than titans.
