This guy is trying to help people by committing his time to creating a guide, and obviously the build has helped some people, so wait, what is his crime? Oh right, being helpful. You can permanently bug Andy to give the quest drop, so you don't need to use 2 sorc's.

To bug her permanently, simply do the following:
1) Kill Andy for the quest
2) Take the auto TP back to town. - Own TP will screw it.
3) Talk to Warriv only in camp (Cain is OK, other NPC's will screw the bug)
4) Go East, S&E

She will now drop quest quality every time you kill her.
