Because with Arreat you have 30% Fhr, and you already get the 6 Frames Breackpoint (27%)

Anyway when you are WW'ing Fhr doesn't metters..and also you don't need to tele..

Getting an higher Fhr frame should be only a waste using Scs or Items/Jewels because you should loose Life or Dmg or something.

well i realy like duress cuz of the cb.. but i heard that cb isnt so effective it adds realy low dmg?

Open Wounds:

His durability is always 8 Seconds, and makes Damage in base of your Char Level

Deadly Strike:

It doubles your damage, works like Critical Strike.

Crushing Blow:

It makes always 1/10 of the life left of the opponent.


So, this is why not many people like Crushing Blow, using other mods is better in my opinion, and this is

also why i suggest to use 2-3 Maesteries Skillers, because they improve % Critical Strike, allowing you to get

it easier.
