6 Shael PB is both Cheap and useful for a FC druid.
However, to me this the best 1 hand option when speaking purely PvP:

Like the earlier statement says, your not supposed to "attack" with the armageddon, it either creates a field around you or a trail behind you. So it's a pretty Defensive although Devastating spell.
Added frw is possible from i.e a frw circ or a few frw sc's. Nigma adds pretty much anyways^^
Sorb is BM, and this character won't do too well in BM vs BM duels (Imagine them noticing your sorbing in a pub, yeesh...)

well if that wep gets you max ias then ignore what i said about the shael'd pb. if youre dueling in pubs you shouldnt have too many problems with sorbers, most of them are too dumb to relize you're using fireclaw and just accuse you of chant =/ with that much ias it just looks like you are using fury
