Throwing an idea out there... what about Plague in a 3 WoF claw? 25% chance for lvl 14 Lower Resist when struck, along with IAS, +2 skills, and a very tasty Cleansing aura.
Relying on "when struck" procs can be kind of inconsistent I guess
thought about that as well, it being lower budget (tho i think had to be 1 claw? as phoenix is just too nice)
ias shouldnt cound too much tho? in a gt you need 42+ for max trap lay
so you still need 22
