Is there any point in going for a chance to cast amp damage? either via atmas or the claws? I figure its banned in discord rules and stuff but in pubs would that win or is 5% not significant?

Claws can have it, but it would need to be triggered via kick or dragon claw.
I was more thinking about tvt where its normal to have a necro in party.

Since it performs an attack check each second vs all targets in range, you can, for exemple, cast a fuck ton of extra frozen orb on a riftsin if you are surrounded by a lot of mobs.

Or lots of glacial spikes if using death on a blade sin.
Same with charged bolts if using LW on a kicker (kinda irrelevant dmg tho..)

I’m not aware of any real pvp build that would benefit from any ctc spell paired with blade shield for pvp tho…

Built a pure kick with very low wirl on d2lod eu as well, but i never bothered level beyond lvl 89 and every slot had like 50-70% stats.
Such kickbuild was best as a traphybird. Then it was inzane :D

But ctc on attack is to rare to be used as a focus point with bladeshield xD
