37 = 5 fpa wirl
92 = 4 fpa wirl

72 = 11 fpa
109 = 10 fpa

So lets say you use:
20fcr / 120ed / 45 ias helm
Highlord 20 ias
40 ias grief war spike
40 ias beast war spike

Thats:
A nice setup to maintain good wirl fpa vs nec.

Ofc it wont be first priority, but a nice setup to top ur game vs nec.

A ba would need 129 ias. And if your a 63fcr barb thats unreachable, and even at 37fcr its still unreachable.

ww is useless vs a good nec anyway. i rather have +1range on zerk

Well, if you only try to zerk the nec he can use southwalk quite effective vs you everytime you jump.
But if you have wirl up and ready you can punnish that.
Leaving him to feel much more unsafe about performing that move next round.
