use amp charges on gavel of pain for act bosses
keep it in cube or go to town to get it when diablo/baal are spawning


also u should get 105fcr
generally use 2x wizspike + fcr ring with dual leech

+3 on hoto doesnt matter, sure it increases bo but your survivability is based on life leech not max life so get wizspikes for 105fcr
dump most points into str for more dmg, only need 100-150 vita if ur inventory is good
one whirl ur life/mana orbs should pop back to full
vamp gaze ber'd is also good for some defense and leech since g face wouldnt really be adding a ton of damage
