Now I understand I should end this all right now with the most obvious thing I missed: Why is Hustle better then Enigma?

Bottom line - FRW DOES AFFECT CHARGE SPEED. Only charms in inventory dont - anything off gear does. I just showed you guys who said I was wrong how its yall who got it twisted.
I don't want to make a 2nd youtube video to show how FRW affects charge speed. IT DOES. So this is why hustle is better. A Super Human charger (wont say godly) relies on speed .. 125 FRW, FASTER HIT RECOVERY.. & ability to dodge.
Hustle brings all those things as does the rest of my setup.

small sample size, testing with a damage source that has the potential to deal no dmg (lightning min dmg of one). if you want to convince people, do proper testing: us an amazon with guided arrow and a paladin without a shield. up to now this can still be RNG and bias

I think it’s quite obvious to see it doesn’t work while charging right?
