I know all the builds I know the best builds(you can pay for the top builds or just simply learn yourself lmk). Restrictions on MDR/PDR is ok only in certain matchup. Taking this away just adds crap duels. You lose so much actual gameplay that so many people don't even know a sorc can do. If you are pub dueling you probably will be prebuffing / barb bo.

I don’t think it’s rly worth upgrading the whistans gelly

It’s not that much dex difference. Better just go for a 60 str setup and get as much dex on items as possible

Only 8str investment on that one, and that was on the nb side i think.
Only 40 dex investment.
So i prefer upped on such a build.
