I don't really think the FRW matters on Barb vs Nec, at least in my experience in D2R. Necros won't have the time to Run-south a barb because of:

1.) Zerker Axe has a longer range compared to Phase Blades. What this means is when the BvC perfectly tele-stomps the Necro, the latter would still get hit by the Berserk even if he south-runs, provided that the barb is fast with his re-namelocking, and

Yes sir i have been made aware by a bunch of better BvCs and I must say, FRW really helps barbs chase necs with zerks/evade spirit trains if WW missed. I just said it really doesn't matter PERSONALLY is because I can zerk chain necros even without a gg circlet with FRW just fine. But it's really a HUUUUGE help for that specific matchup.

It also helps a lot vs both Hammers/smiters, barbs, sins and Amazon cause it makes you wirl faster. So you catch them better and avoid them better when wirling faster.
