Seems like you don’t know how max dmg and Cb works ukon

I’m very aware of how it works.

Cb works before other damage sources.

So your average shield damage has no consideration on CB

Average is average. The shields, other than sacred Rondache, all do the same average damage.

What hits max dmg more a lvl 99 or 90
