I don't think minus res is so valuable anymore since introduced sunder charms. I mean still awesome to have, just not as much probably.

Also i'm not going to places with monsters with high light resistance with my nova sorc- if stony tomb is terrorzoned i go there with my blizz sorc, fire sorc, fire druid or anything like that.

For diablo, CM is more dmg (29.698 vs 34.671)

For storm chaser, infy is more dmg (15.146 dps vs 13.651)

Feels like if infy better, than just a littlebit, but if CM is better that it is way better. Also only in dmg, as i said CM setup gives you more res, mana, fhr

You rek everything in either case but infinity makes you immortal - res besides psn are pointless, fhr is easy to get enough of. I’ve gone pure dps build which was much higher dps that cmoon or infinity and infinity is still better since you can position much more offensively and mana never drains from nova only from taking high dmg and mana burn after which it replenishes almost instantly

Infinity self wield allows you to use Prayer merc with Insight for even more healing and great mana regen ideal for ES.
Also Cure helm stacks with Insight and Prayer merc to give you an extremely powerful healing effect on top of mana regen!
