For D2Lod (not D2r) ... it would be between Hammerdin, Lightsorc and then Light Javazon.

Hammerdin is more tanky, but there are very few Magic Resistance monster spawns and teleport fast.
Light Sorc is a bit more squishy, so randomly teleporting int confined spaces with mass monsters can get killed.
Light Javazon is tranky and fast at killing, however their FCR is subpar... so a little bit slower.

I like Berserker Barb (or my own definition of a Berserk Barb that only kills main Uniques and bosses). There are those that have build a Tele Berserker that just teleports, howl and kill of the unique + since they have single attacks... however, they are more tanky than the above.
