2+jav/3 mana per kill gloves (doesn’t need ias but if u have 40ias on javs and 20 on gloves you can hit the next ias bp)

You have slower tele and be more squishy but you’ll hit harder. Better if you have a more laid back play stay preference. Not nearly as good for TZ etc though.
