Torrents ftw. Good luck! I just redid the fit test that you do on day 1. Did you get the calender too? You need to do as many of each exercise that you can in 60 seconds. I improved so much in such a short amount of time. Here were my results:

Keep in mind these are done right after each other and switch kicks are ridiculous lol
You do it day 1,15, 36, 50 and 63

Day 1

Switch kicks (2 kicks = 1 rep) - 20 reps

Power jacks - 42

Power knees - 42 again lol

Power jumps - 14

Globe jumps (4 jumps = 1 rep) - 6 reps

Suicide jumps - 11

Push-up jacks - 20

Low plank oblique - 42


Day 15

Switch kicks (2 kicks = 1 rep) - 51 reps

Power jacks - 60

Power knees - 80

Power jumps - 50

Globe jumps (4 jumps = 1 rep) - 12

Suicide jumps - 15

Push-up jacks - 30

Low plank oblique - 60

Hey, I was wondering if I could get some input on a setup I was sort of theory crafting for USWnl gm so non tap
weapon: edc
armor: upd eth duriels - gives cnbf like Gbane plus str and life / def on lvl
boots: upd gores or IK - with gloves gives really nice ar stats ias and life
gloves : 20 ias stat craft / rare or IK
belt: 15% dungo or str life ow craft
shield: SS - not sure on socket yet, want to see how stating plays out first
helm: some kind of vis or DS helm prefer both, or ds 2 soc life, possibly a 15 dr coa with MD AR jewels
jewelery: angels


any input, ideas, advice welcome

I was really surprised at how much I improved in just 2 weeks of insanity. I always do all the workouts at 100% effort to make sure I get good results and so far it's been paying off. I remember the power jumps were soo hard for me the first time which is why I only did 14 lol. It's where you have to jump up and hit your knees with your hands in mid air. And it's also the 3rd exercise so I was already really tired the first time attempting it. And switch kicks are just nuts but I mean I did almost triple the amount this time which is redic. All in all it's just more motivation to continue on



Problem is you have those zbug forts on west that are hard to beat. I'm not really a fan of iks tbh. You lose some ds by not having gores on so would go with the upd gores and get a nice pair of ias gloves. If you can find a nice visionary with high ds, high def and life you should go with that.

Yea, I really hate playing w/ hacks and dupes and whatnot so I try to avoid the Zbug forts, as far as the helm goes, I was more leaning toward High ds def and life, with vis sort of being a bonus but not really necessary because of angels set.
another option I was thinking of was to go with an eth andy's helm gores and rends since I wouldn't need the ias or str on gloves anymore, and it has retard def.

If you even want a chance at beating the overpowered Eth Bugged Fort builds, you must use a build with very high killing speed. I just put this build together on my useast zealer to show you what I'm talking about.

Weapon: 400% ED Eth Death Zerker
Armor: Eth Upped Black Hades (Zod, 40/15, 40/15)
Boots: Upped Gore Riders
Gloves: Steelrends
Belt: 15% dungo
Shield: Stormshield (Cham)
Helm: Andariels Visage (40/15) <---You can use a Two Socket visionary (40/15, 40/15) here too, I didn't have one on hand to show. Your AR would jump to 24966 from the following picture but you will lose damage/defense/life.
Jewelry: Angelics
Inventory: 37x 3/20/20
Deadly strike: 62% at level 95
