I’d suggest people start looking for stat helms to make these in.

People already are and the ideal bases have already been theorycrafted. However it will be banned if it’s clearly overpowered. Same with grief and other shit.

Metamorphosis is slightly better than Jalals on a Druid. The ias benefits are only for Bear, so it's not going to alter melee ring choices at all. The skills will come out to around what Jalals offers with its base stats and ar%, but slightly better and with some crushing blow. An upgrade over Jalals, but probably still not quite as good in fvf than Gface for most - but not all - builds (high HP and lower defense builds will benefit most from it - drop those Sacred Armors). Cerebus should still be overall better in FvZ.



I don't see it as unfair at all to stack, as long as it's during the duel. In order to take advantage of it in any significant way, you'd have to trigger Mark of the Bear first. Good luck landing that first 10 frame 7k attack rating maul attack before your HP is too low for a shift to wolf form to even matter. If you get extremely lucky and land a Maul immediately, then sure you can get an extra frame on Fury. But that's a very risky proposition. It's risky enough that allowing it favors the person who isn't trying to do it, with only very occasional glory for the person who is. There's a better case for landing a fury and then swapping to bear form to have a higher hp/attack rating werebear, but maul is still going to be underwhelming even if you do this. Better than its current awful state, but not by much. The ar boost would need to be significantly higher.

Now, if we're talking about trying to prebuff marks on summons or monsters, no. That's banned under the prebuff rule already.

It will truly shine on non-Druid class Werebears, since it will allow them to attack faster than the Druid werebear. This is its main purpose in the PvP meta. Palabear can have blazing fast speed, good attack rating, very high defense and the other nice benefits of Holy Shield. Bearbarb will have massive defense and hp, but pretty low attack rating. Good for vs Druids most of all. Maybe with fools+angelics it can work vs other classes. Bearzon is probably the biggest winner, with decent life and defense with huge dodge % and an attack faster than the Druid bear. Sinbear would actually be amazing also if Venom were allowed.

also someone please give some insight into accurate calculators.

is chthonvii or warren's calculator more accurate? they're saying different things.

for example, can anyone tell me how much ias is needed for a phase for 3 fpa, total, on weapon, off weapon?

I use it myself to determine IAS needs for different weapons so if it's inaccurate, well then, I've been doing it wrong. Haha
