what I'm assuming this person meant was that most dueling characters in hell will do two things concerning their resists. They will stack lightning and cold resists to such an extent that A) Passive sorc cold masteries won't pierce their max resist/absorb setup and Stack their light resists so that Conviction from an foh'er won't pierce their max resist/absorb setup against them. This person is concerned that you didn't take that into acct when you built this.

my builds sort of this, but this one blows, mine is a T-Storm // Hydra build, and i use Dragon armor and Dream helm, and honestly it does ammazingly, i was surprised of the outcome,
though windys are a problem. all u gotta do is tele close to enemy but not actually gettin involed in it, cast couple of hydras, tele aournd em, =easy kill...

my friend made this build i saw his in duelin = Godly, though his is still better than mine, i can say mine still owns pubs,
