But I didn't proc venom... I did short whirls.
Also, did you even consider what you're saying?
How would venom reducing the damage on a poison charm cut the damage of WITHOUT the poison charm in half?

Also, I did a second test, multiple times.
I did a ft5 with a barb who had about the same gear as me

I used 33x 3/20/20s, and I won.
Then I used 32x and a 451, and I lost
What would cause that...?

You can't do test about "I won" and "I lost".

Winning or losing a BvB duel may depend from multiple causes, especially if you duel without shield.

Timing, length of WW's, % cirtical hits, % ow, % cb. BvB without a shield is kind of pointless and surely can't be used as a referring test.

If you want you can test regular hits using 100% DS (so you are sure it will trigger) with and without psn.

Wear an Eth DC and Highlord to cap DS. Take off Dracs, Gores and anything else that might give you Ow or CB.

Then try without psn dmg and with a little psn sc, just to add some psn. Even a +1.

As Jolteown said psn damage only hides the deadly strike animation, nothing else.

RNG. Is this a serious question?

As I said, this wasn't a one time occurrence.
When I use a 451 in bvb, I tend to lose. This happens every time (not that I lose every time, but I tend to lose more rounds of every ft5)
But when I don't, I win a lot more.

use widowmaker in bvb if you are going to lose, np

it forces the other baba to play more aggressive

1. use frw charms and items paired with widowmaker
2. ???
3. profit
