tap is bm on west, but ur rules are different as well. this is specificlly for us west

But if they use slow%/hf when general rules allow it, your screwed

2. Try to smite a strbugged barb, gl youll need it. Moreover your rules that forbid slow%/hf will make this duel even more hopeless. And Tgods + fullstack isnt bm vs v/t
3. Never smite with Hoz. Spirit is better if you cant use Exile
