20 000 ar and 29 000 def with ST ~40,8% chance to get hit.
15 000 ar and 35 000 def = 30% chance to get hit.
15 000 ar and 29 000 def ~~34,1% chance to get hit
In first case, you get 12% more hits with ST.
In second case, you get ~14% more hits with ST.
must be lag.. 40,8%- 36,4% = 4,4% and 34,1%-30% = 4,1%
no hes right ..12% and 14% more hits
