what is the fhr bps should i reach with my standard hybrid sin?

i dont really see when df is ever better than ph.

i find df to be completely useless due to how slow it is and how it isnt a guaranteed hit if the person is moving.

disclaimer. Of course not completely useless. But i personally would never use it over psy hammer or mindblast/whirl or any other combo.
