Key word: Probably. MB/ES is better in certain situations. A pure damage vita sorc has a much better chance vs a windy than an ES sorc. Good luck getting through the minions and cyclone armor with 1k pvp damage. Also, good luck taking out your opponent's ES with that 1k pvp damage.

a es sorc hits 10-12k blizz

and actually it can be done. there a tough duel tho

i use 9x 15 all resist gcs & 10x 11% resist small charms against all characters, and never switch gear

gg 4800 HP budget bvc/thrower that tanks more than a 7000 hp bvc

although vita is better for svs than an es blizz, for sva no chance
