UPDATE - PB Speed Tests
what I used:
OBS - for capturing game clips
Adobe PR - Premiere Pro, for rendering vid, adding timecode
put clips in PR and found the exact frame when the attack start and target killed (msg on screen)

Diablo 2 FPS varies on different device, from 25F to higher per sec, mine is around 170~204+, so I just used my default OBS 60FPS setting for capturing, whatever, just need to convert frame part to decimal for calculation.
so Approx time in sec = min x 60 + sec + F / 60

Seems like 35ias is the sweetspot.

I still don't know wtf is going on. Something very weird happens in the jump from 30ias (71.2 sec) to 35ias (48.6sec).

so Grief PB 31%ias ~ 40ias is 4/4F, and all glitch test groups use same animation (3F)
yes actually >= 31%, like trash rolled 31~40 Grief PB.

it's a big gape, when PB ias > 30, and got over 1 skill point werewolf, it would be exactly improved from 5/7F to 4/4F,
gel87 is right, 35 (aka >= 31) is the sweetpoint, no need to chase higher actually speed (3/3F with a Grief almost impossible), but this is already a great improvement for PVM,

And the way gel87 mentioned (use godly ePB with amp chance% in duel) I think it works too, cuz the dex glitch ias 75% godly PB (jewel + shael, totally -105) seems a little bit faster than dex glitch 4F group (31~40 Grief), but maybe the test result just coincidence, I mean between 31%ias ~ 80%ias test, 47sec and 48 sec almost same at my viewpoint.

(95.540 s - 75.187 s) / 95.540 s = 0.21303 = 21.303%,
(95.540 s - 75.187 s) / 75.187 s = 0.27069 = 27.069%,
Non-glitch LW is 21.303% slower than glitch LW.
Glitch LW is 27.069% faster than non-glitch LW.
it's obviously that glitch LW speed has been improved from 7F to 6F (we talking about speed after hit target)
(I didn't test non-glitch 20ias PB since it didn't worth more time, but normally 16ias ~ 30ias PB is 6F, like dex glitch put these ias on a LW PB)
Grief PB (31~40 ias roll)
(67.321 s - 48.595 s) / 67.321 s = 0.27815 = 27.815%,
(67.321 s - 48.595 s) / 48.595 s = 0.38534 = 38.534%,
Non-glitch Grief is 27.815% slower than glitch Grief
Glitch Grief is 38.534% faster than non-glitch Grief
Tho the result is obvious enough, I even got a more obvious result previously, old 10 times "35% PB dex glitch test" result is only approximately 45 seconds averagely, which would be 49.6% faster than non-glitch Grief! And I checked it multiple times, no mistake but for making the list easier to understand I gotta redo the 35%ias groups.

So again especially for dex glitch, there's really no better options than PB Grief, a >= 31%ias roll Grief PB is already very budget friendly.
I may do the str glitch test in the same way but I bet it would be worse than dex glitch, CB Grief is 7F normally, but may be improved to 5~6F, others like CS or CB Death would not be impressive, only one thing: eth CB or eth CS godly mods, 40ias, jewel'd 5F rare sword, with amp chance %, probably can be improved to 4F

Have you tested stuff like Grief CB with shaeled CB on off-hand instead of PB? Maybe results would be better with the switch, just an idea.

I’ve tested multiple weapons on the left and right. What makes this glitch so interesting is that it seems to draw from both the glove side and boot side wsm. In general considering the damage of the boot side doesn’t apply to the final attack anyways, you will want a pb at all times since it’s the fastest.

Then you can put whatever weapon you want on the glove side as long as you’re dex or stre glitching it correctly. The ias breakpoints will be different depending on the weapon you choose. We don’t yet know them yet since the calculation is different. For example:

35% or more ias + 100% ias = 3 fpa
0% ias + 100% ias = 4 or 5 fpa (I’d have to look back at my data to confirm)

These are NOT the normal breakpoints for pbs and are totally alien to me and I think most of us here.
