Can i stack dr then?
Or maybe it doesnt work that way?

Just like cr vs 75 res but with 500 stacked res

What i mean is, if i have lets say 70% dr (but it caps at 50%)
I get amped with -100%
Will i end up with -30% dr?

yes
if you have 150% dr and you get amped you have 50% dr left over
