Thsi would mean your finished putting important points by Lvl. 95 and still have 20 points left over...
Possible distribution:
Static (for PvM, most damaging spell in the whole game)
Enchant (for TvTs mainly)
Thunderstorm + prereqs (as you will very likely not precast anything as Vita Sorc), Thunderstorm's animation functions as a way of short stun, thus it is nice to have
Hydra (even possible to max these nice little creatures) for tactical advantages in duels and a little additional damage
Cold Armors (again, you will usually not precast from a Memory like ES-Sorcs), so this is a little additional Defense
OR
Go the ES-Route

5 ES, 20 TK, 1 prereqs and as a consequence a little lower Fire Mastery + Damage (this would make a Equipment change necessary though)

It does not make any difference whether you use a 15 FCR Amulet like in your build or a 20 FCR one affix-wise... Spirit as Main Wep is pretty much this:
+ 44 Life total
+ 112 BO'able Mana
+ 55 FHR, which equals another 180+ BO'able Life calculating with Charms/Sockets
+ 8 Magic Absorb, which sounds not interesting on a Vita Build, but saves at least SOME Dmg and could mean the difference between Life & Death on a High-ES build
- 1 Skill (equals 25 Fire Dmg after opponents Res + PvP restrictions)
- 40 Resists (this should not be a problem wearing Viper, Anni, Torch, Spirit, Rare Rings and a Circlet)
So if you really wanna stick to 200/142 in all duells, Dual-Spirit over this any day... especially since you CAN have Life (Vita-build) AND Res on the same SC, as opposed to Mana (which we don't need anyway) and Res...

Also, for those who do not understand what I meant with 180+ Life due to Spirit (got PMs), here is how it works:
4x FHR Skiller = 4x45 Life = 180 exactly
1x 5 FHR SC = not counted, since even with Spirit you'll keep the SC in Inv.
1x 44 Life due to Spirit's non BO'able 22 VIT
1x "Shael" in Viper (at least this is what I would do) = loss of 20 BO'able Life (Jewel)
Depending on your BO-Lvl Spirit will add 180 Life + the difference between 44 and 20 x 1,x (being the percentag shown in BO description)
Also, look out for 10 FHR on your Circs...
From the list of affixes, a VITA Sorc doesn't rly need more suffixes than + STR for Spirit and + Life, since we can neglect DEX (not being MB Sorcs) and Life Rep (not being ES)...
Ideal Circlet would be like this for a full Vita Sorc:
2 Sorc / 2 sox / 20 Resists from prefixes (could debate the use of 90 Mana here) - 10 FHR / 30 STR / 60 Life from suffixes + 2x Jah / 2x PRuby (depending on BO-Level, Char Lvl etc.)
