Amulet:

Crafted amulet with 2 druid/ss and dual stats ~ Magic amulet 3ss w/ high life, or you could always use maras for another option to hold you over until you rake in that sexy ammy youve been trying to craft!

For AR Boost: Angelics

(Personally I use a 2ss/20str/16dex/8fcr/4%regen/15mf/other stats ammy for the massive amount of stats I can save)

the fuck whats bad in hl ?

huh? english much?

Question about flash switch.  I was told that it would be ideal to have plague bearer on fighting gear to increase base psn dmg.  Then to have something like 30/30 psn phase blade on flash switch because that would do more to increase the dmg.

I want to know if I should be using something like plague bearer to fight with to increase base dmg (would this do anything?).  And if plague bearer would be effective for flash switch (does the +5 rabies count in figuring out psn dmg) or would Dweb or 30/30 psn phase blade be the only option?  (I would prefer not throwing my fg into Dweb or 30/30 psn pb if plague bearer comes close to the same bonus)

I found this concerning the Flash switch in a different guide

Rabies damage boost trick

Rabies has a nice trick concerning the +% Poison Skill Damage and -% Enemy Poison Resistance. After an opponent is infected with rabies, if the equipment is switched to a higher +% Poison Skill Damage and -% Enemy Poison Resistance equipment (called the Poison Skill Damage Gear), the remaining damage is calculated according to that higher damage equipment, and if switched to a lower +% Poison Skill Damage and -% Enemy Poison Resistance equipment, that will not reduce the damage. So the higher one is used when there is a weapon switch or equipment change. Usually, high damage rabies setups are 1h setups, and it can be harder to hit the enemy with it, so hitting with range 5 and switching will be more effective.
The most damage can be achieved via an infection by Plague Bearer Unique Rune Sword then switching to a 4 Socketed Shield + 6 Socketed Weapon, + 10x Poison Rainbow Facet Unique Jewels. In some cases, The 6 Socketed Weapon can be changed with a Death's Web Unique Unearthed Wand depending on the resistances of the enemy.
Again, for the Poison Skill Damage Gear to work, switching to it and back will also work, you don't need to switch and stay with that.

To my knowledge it's only effected my +poison damage and -enemy res, so either Dweb or 30/30 sword would be the ideal

would it be smart to put a 5/5 psn facet in jalas

It's alright but I like the extra stats and fhr more

smite is not considered melee and thus they are not the king of melee
also, walking vs smite is useless

Fine, we'll just say that smite dominates most melee then. Second you only switch to walk to help block vs charge as in my experiences after you rabies smiters often get annoyed and instead of chasing you just begin to charge at you, so idealy you first run and then as they begin to charge you start to walk.. sorry for the confusion

Wolfy is the absolutely most fun char in the game.
Absolutely goddamn immortal in PvM (only weakness = physi & psn immunes)
If wanna use him in PvM then just exchange Storm into the corpse eating Life spitting phoenix
Hmm, but what about grief? I sorta find the -25% psn res it gives quite useful add to its added damage...
But well, EBotd sorta wins anyways with its 30 to all.
Use forty for PvM (& try the feral rage skill as side attack, will buff wolfys speed to really insane numbers + the XX% - XXX% added ll doesn't hurt lol)
For PvP, eni is a real necessity
Bramble sorta only works well vs ww & then block ain't useful anymore So always use eth tomb with bramble if facing that kind of meelee (when they can't stop the attack, just run along the ww and they'll kill themselves faster than they could kill you mostly).
Was kinda troubling to find a cheap way to build up ias with this build though (talking about main switch with storm + botd. You just have to waste precious resources on a 15 ias 15 res jool,,, if not 2 cus there's room in the helm too)
A bit challenging in PvP too (but hey, challenges is what makes the game fun)

Yeah, the only IAS that works is the one that's on the weapon.

EDIT: in wolf form. Kinda like WW barbs.

Sorry if you posted these replies earlier but I have some basic questions.

I was drawn to your guide because I like making fun characters and this was definitely the most fun looking of all the Druid guides. So now I have a lvl 47 druid doing ~12-13K rabies damage, but in your guide it says you can reach up to 70K. Of course, I expect this number to increase once I get the gear higher, but at the moment it doesn't seem as high as it should be. What would you say is the max +skills you can have for rabies? At the moment all I could think of (without going too extreme was):

+6 on a pelt (by God's grace giving me one like this)
+3 ammy
+5 sword (plague bearer)
+2 spirit
+2 armor
+2 rings (2x soj/bk)
+1 belt (Arachs)
+3 dtorch
+1 anni
+x GCs

Is this the best setup I can do for rabies? And still it truly hurt my performance a great deal in PVP doing so?

trangs gloves and bramble armor help a lot.

if you want to be rabies focused with fury backup,

facet jalals, bramble armor, trangs glove, and then there are some options:

one is to use facted plague bearer and spirit monarch switch to increase damage with the switch trick - this is if you are being stakced against and want to have more screen damage.

or you could use 4 facet monarch and death web with a facet on switch for -res to remove res and make people die in a fast hurry.

you can technically hit someone with plague and then swap to dweb/monarch and have a better balance. But your fury damage will stink.
