Does this sorc only got the 63 fcr cap?

with perf spirit it'll be 85fcr between caps 63 and 105..

so i could take a cheap 25fcr monarch, right?

and shouldnt i use 5fhr sc to break 8frames fhr cap?

I would like to get to know how a 105fcr bp mf blizz is equiped because it seems to me that 63 are too less...
With Spirit Occu and Mages there are still 20fcr missing
