if you rely on lifetap as a smiter, it will remove it and you cannot leach back life (which you can get from other sources)

No, I only see your lack of game knowledge or lack of understanding *simple* game mechanics.
LW is used in UT or keyrunning or other bosses, if you have used it for something else then you must really be a noob. And now that is established ... we also know Hit Blinds Target doesnt work on Ubers. Do some research. Dont just copy and paste from other guides into yours, take time to read through and actually understand.
