3/20 java glove
and i think i need more ias, how much more do i need? can i just 40/15 ias my shako? or maybe buy some rand ass griff and socket it with 40/15?
im using mara.. i could replace it with cat's eye but i think its too late >.<

but
i got stragtery vs smiter
put on WALK
and walk down, whenever smite misses, LF him, and walk down
reason for walking is that it will maintain your block at 75% so he can't charge you down most of the time
you can't CS smiter, he will smite you before you land hit on him, then you're stuck on stun lock
your best opinion is to LF him then quickly CS him and hope he's stunned for next CS
btw my javazon is tele, i could care less about resist, though it would be nice if i got some
im thinking of switching from ss to sanctary so then i can slap on cat's eye and save dex
