Since maxroll doesn't calculate/consider CB, are we sure any of the 3os circlet setups actually provide more DPS? It's splitting hairs still either way, but the perfect 3os setups only provide like 1% more DPS vs. typical gilly setups on the calcs, so factoring in the 35% CB (the FHR probably worth something too) can't we assume gilly easily does more DPS?
