this goes two ways coa with a godly fcr ammy is a solid setup

however

a good 2os circ with highlords is also a solid setup.

the major dif is whether or not u add to fade in your build.

personally i think both work well

the ds, lr, and ias losses with a coa setup are significant.
however coa allows u to use a socket for a 15/15 so u make up the
ias loss due to thact that you dont need 2x ber with this setup. it really comes down
to how good the ammy is with coa and how good the circ is with highlords.

bui uses stormhide and has good arguments for this though he'd have more lay speed, lr, and ds with highlords.

yes. trappers do better because the role of the assassin isnt to kill, but to stun and provide cover for your team

trappers have high traps and mindblast to do so



those are things you have to learn from youtube and personal experience

yea but you didnt say if the base ias on the fools runic claw matters or not. so none or 20 or 40 base on it? =/

40ias on runic is required if you dont want to use other items to get ias

okey i got a question about wsm buggin..
if i use feral chaos for higher dmg and fools Rt or Gt no base ias would that be enough ias?
or is it only with Suwayyah+Rt it works?

no it wont be enough. u need 1 super fast claw and other one can be any speed...

so one fools 40base ias and other one can be feral ? if other one doesnt matter?
