So deadly strike does not multiply the fire damage from enchant. with my lvl 54 enchant the damage is pretty significant, usually 1 pumping all the non uniques. If Deadly Strike worked with Enchant, I would for sure be using Ariocs.
Just wanna be 100% sure, because last I remembered, the minions for Ismail Vilehand & Toorc Icefist were also Fire Immune.
I know the level 54-55 enchant will take your chance to hit on Stone Skin from 72~% to about 86%, which is a big deal.
Level 23 Enchant takes it from 72% to 81%.
There's also the option to use level 26 Battle Cry which, while it doesn't triple the damage, can 100% nullify the Stone Skin on the Super Uniques. It should be lower damage than Amp every time, but it's at least useful when you missed a Stone Skin with Amp Dmg.
You can also mess around with this dumb "parking" setup from a TP behind the council area if you want to P8 it, for whatever reason:
Your Barb's Merc uses Guardian Angel with a Lem Rune, Crown of Thieves with a Lem Rune, Arioc's with a 15/40. This pushes Merc resists to 90% maximum & gives 200% Goldfind.
Nearby Paladin w/ A2 Merc (Blessed Aim) wielding Pride (Concentration). Paladin uses Fanaticism, wears Exile (Defiance) shield off-hand & Demon Limb (Enchant) main hand.
Nearby Paladin w/ A2 Merc (Prayer), wielding Infinity (Conviction). Paladin uses Salvation (level 33 to keep 90% resists even with Council activating Conviction).
Technically you can push this further by adding Dragon/Hand of Justice/Dreams to the mix for Holy Shock/Holy Fire, but it's completely unnecessary.
