Of course it's better, but it's really hard to find a nice fools with ED and acceptable mods.
Look for a 2 socket/40ias/Fools Greater Talon or Runic Talon from Anya as a starter claw. You can upgrade to +3 LS when you find the time. You may also want to look for one with +Knockback for vs smiters.
Ideal sockets are Um Um for Open Wounds.

Suwayyah should be your Chaos's base claw type. This way you can take advantage of the WSM bugging, explained in the guide. Look for a big quote.

and is +1 dragon flight necessary ? or enigma will be usable all the time lmk

Most assassins disregard Dragon Flight, it takes a long time for the animation to go through and you can't do it through puddles and shit. You'd be better off grabbing a namelock with MB (since they have to be on your screen anyways to dflight).

For Fury you can use either of those. Look for +3 LS/+3 Venom, if you can use Runics without investing in stats then use that over GTs.
