With the new ladder you dont have to worry about im any longer. This char has more then her fair share of tools to work with around im, but know its even better.!

400 dmg f/o. i dunno. wont be good neither pvp or pvm.

regular orb sorces has a hard time pvp even with 1500 damage.

edit: oh it's pvm only then ok fine but still 400 dmg f/o cant be very good pvm either.

400 before -100 enemy res , this makes a big difference. It's also not the sole killing attack going on like an orb sorc, your still getting full powered traps, kick damage at 3fpa followup, you proc orbs faster then a sorc can cast them while kicking. It really does well.
Level 27 frozen orb with a level 17 mastery is what its comparable to. It's solid.

This is definatly a pvm build

for kicking in pvp , I'd suggest you use lacerator/lawbringer or fleshripper.

well.. a orb sorc has a cole down between each orb but this sin can cast 3-4 orbs in one kick sequence.. you get hits from your blade shield too. this + death sentry's makes it really fast at killing.
I made one with with enigma some fcr and res charms.. it is totally sweet.

This build is even better in 1.13 with the removal of IM. Keep those boots on girl and boot to the head on those O.K's
