I definitely think you should reconsider the "cheap build" title...

Do you know how much 45 lifers are going for?

Even with 20 lifers, which are so-so priced, you will lose 250 bo'able lifer = around 400~ life. So you should be realistically running around 1.3k/6k+ (not counting the gosu amu and ring)

yea i didn't count inventory since you will always need a good inventory for any character

With your definition of cheap, it does not matter what build you make since it will blow anyway due to it's lack of items.

Tals Fber- cheap as hell and does decent enough in PvP.
Damage vita Lighter- No need for rare/crafted gear, standard uniques/runewords that doesn't cost much, does great in PvP even without godly stats/ inventory. The lightning damage can tear apart even godly ES sorcs' manas.

There's two unimaginative ones. This sorc here is much more expensive than either of those~


Of course no cheap character will stand a chance vs. Pro chars, but that's not what we are discussing here, are we?

This sorc here is not cheap by anymeans-- there are two extremely expensive pieces of equipment, and the inventory has to be godly for the stats touted on the first page.

Hey retard, you were complaining about the INVENTORY. Which is in fact NOT more expensive than other chars'. If you don't afford 45 lifers, then guess what? Go for cheaper ones, does not take a genius to realize that.

Sure the amu and boots are fairly expensive, "but that's not what we are discussing here, are we?"
