Hey bro, any tips for dealing with enormous packs of Iron Maiden caster guys from Chaos Sanctuary?

I die every fuckin time.

Using:
Arreat's (Um'd)
AP Nigma
Grief PB
Azurewrath PB (Lvl 12 Sanctuary)
String o Ears
Gores
Laying o Hands
Highlord's
2x Hoto's on Switch

No merc. Plenty of resist charms for stacked resists.

I try to use Berserk when Iron Maiden'd, but it doesn't leech life and I die fairly quickly. It's really frustrating, because this barb fucking owns everything but those guys!!!

In chaos you should play fast. First you need to tele on seal, howl, then open seal then tele in on the unique monster which appeared and howl again and start zerking him. You don't need to kill all mobs there, just unique one.

I see...so howl would be the key to this, eh? Will howling with my Grief/Azure be a big enough radius? Or do I need to switch to HOTOs?

I think I'd die if I switched to Hotos...those fucking guys hit hard (for some reason)

yup. howl and zerk are the keys here. You don't need to change weapons before holwling ofc..

add some colour to divide it into parts (purple isnt the right one - looks like black or im blind)
noone rly gives a damn about ias/fhr tables best guide is : u need xx ias to get max ias bp with frenzy/ fhr bps are: 0/xx/xx/xx/xx i suggest xx bcuz...

and so on didnt read it cuz too long but made in detail. next time try to make it more compact

Zerk adds magic damage and i won't say it is worse than maxing other synergy. I had maxed zerk myself and that's really great thing since even when you are using frenzy you got 20% magic damage on frenzy.
What about ubers - yes my frenzy barb was killing ubers (with maxed zerk, ofc using frenzy when killing^^), but for ubers i was using lw as one of weapons.
