now that u guys said.. I was really planin to do this barb.. but know I am thinkin and he seems to vulnerable cause of no shield =/

I just finished making mine. He doesn't really have any problems, takes a little bit of damage from arrows and stuff, but other than that usually is fine. Lifetap usually fires pretty quick anyway cause ur hitting so fast. And there's always those little things called juvies I find plenty of juvs with him to keep my stock full. Also works good as a goldfind barb. Took me about an hour to get 2 mill gold in game. And that was running pretty slow runs cause I wasn't used to him yet.

Since finishing him (last night) I've found some eth treks, a dragonscale shield (pally shield), and a pretty good mld pally shield (+2 skills/fhr/all res/dr/2os). I must say I'm quite happy with him. I haven't found any trouble killing anything so far, and I don't even have a merc w/faith yet (adds dmg + ar).

Allthough this might work to some extent, it is not the best option.
The barb does not really need to teleport at all, it's just a bonus.
The time you save teleing vs the time you lose killing makes wizzy an inferior option.
Refer to the wefare section for ways to max your resists.
I.E. use arreats, laying of hands or even consider getting rid of your enigma in favor or treachery.

Also, if you find you dont have much trouble staying alive, DO NOT USE REAPERS TOLL!
I only put that in as an option for those that were terribly poor and needed lots of help to stay alive.
If you have enigma this is clearly not the case.
The cold damage on Reapers toll really hurts find item.

It is a great merc weapon for your barb but consider if you really need it.

You have lots of FG, hurry and get one!
You'll see it makes a pretty big difference in terms of killing speed.

In my humble opinion, there are a few things a solid guide should do:

• Explain the character's purpose
• Explain why the character serves this purpose better than other options
• Explain the character's skill and stat distribution
• Explain gear choices and why they work better than others
• Explain how to use the character when completed
• Entertain the reader
• And last, but not least, make the reader want to build his/her own

Your guide accomplishes all of the aforementioned, and then some. 10/10.

If you can get an enigma, get one.

Enigma > Fort

For many reason.
Tele allows you to control your merc.
Tele Speeds Up Runs
Enigma Gives Massive MF

Fort Gives more damage but will freeze corpses from chilling armor.
You will find that you will not be able to use find item (The Skill that makes the barb the best) on a lot of bodes because of fort.

Yes, you find amazing items with find item.

If you follow the advice in Section 3, you will find that you are able to use find item on ever single monster in the recommended areas except Mephisto.
Also, remeber to switch to your ali babas on weapon swap when using find item. You will reveive both of their bonus magic find and gold find %'s.
Dual Ali Babas alone give almost as much MF/GF as most other puny mf'ers!
Laugh at them as you get twice the amount per body, and better items at that!
