Getting your DR from a Bered Jalal's and Bered SS with gg rare belt is also better then then using dungo + any 2 jewels/runes.

Rare belt 60life/30 extra stats to vitality
= 720 life when using 9shapeshift gc's

Dungo + 38life(pruby) + Jah(50 life)
= 528 life when using 9 shapeshift gc's
You also need to use 3 more fhr sc's to hit your 86% breakpoint which = -60 life (-360 total)
528-360 = 168 life.

gg build dont forget though that IAS for shapeshifters is based solely on the IAS gathered from weapons only.
To get the 4 frame BP i use a 6 socket pb (4x shael,2x 40/15s = 110 ias)
