Yeah it's bm for the fire mod even though torch is gm. But I wouldn't mind if a zealot tried using phoenix against me since it would just mean I would 6-0 them that much easier :)

Yes it does when you charge. it won't allow you go faster and won't let you dsync but good thing u get dmg though thats it.
